      How to use diet pills safely

      1.  Get the go ahead from your medical practitioner.

      It is always a good idea to have a basic physical examination done that includes your weight, blood pressure, pulse and other general tests.  If you are healthy, you should not have any problems with using slimming pills in moderation.

      2.  Drink plenty of water while using slimming pills.

      Many slimming pills cause the body to lose water, either through sweating or urination, just like diuretics do.  The loss of too much water can result in dehydration, which will cause many additional health problems.  Drink at least eight glasses of water each day.

      3.  Use the slimming pills as directed.

      Read the instructions thoroughly and follow them.  Do not take more pills than indicated on the instructions.  Slimming pills taken as instructed should not pose a health problem.

      4.   Do not use slimming pills indefinitely.

      Slimming pills are not meant for long-term or permanent use.  Slimming pills are just a aid together with healthy lifestyle to get you to your desired weight.

      5.  Always eat healthy.

      Be conscious of your calorie and fat intake, as well as portion control.  Slimming pills work best when combined with a healthy and nutritious diet.

      6.  Exercise.

      Diet plans need exercise to succeed and be sustainable.  Start slowly and increase the intensity and length of your workouts.
